Howard & Co join the team and quickly establishes AndCo realty's dominance in the Kapiti region.

Jo O'Donnell and Kelly McIsaac in Carterton take the leap together to form Jo Kelly & Co as AndCo continues to spread across the Wellington region.

Diane Cummings and Hannah Kilgariff join forces to start up CK & Co and quickly take over the Lower Hutt.

Susan Stephan & Co and Patterson & Co form in Martinborough and the AndCo brand reaches to nearly every corner of the Wellington Region.

April 2020

Despite a global pandemic, former 'Rookie of the Year' and top sales person Adriana Wilton takes the leap and successfully opens the Wilton & Co office in Levin and quickly establishes herself as market leader.

May 2020

After over 29 years in international real estate, Sunia Marr takes the leap and opens Marr & Co in Kaitaia, the first AndCo office outside of the lower North Island.

With 10 years in the industry Kirsty Winder forms her team and opens Winder & Co in Blenheim, bringing along with her the best in Blenheim Nick Sowman.

August 2021

After 20 years of teaching around the world, Derek Kelly settles in sunny Otaki and opens the doors to the successful Kelly & Co and quickly establishes himself as an all around top bloke.
