Kelly ,long side her husband Jason, founded Clark & Co a decade ago with a vision to create a boutique real estate agency that genuinely reflects the values and spirit of Porirua. They recognised the need for a brand that offered a local alternative to the impersonal corporate giants who run from places like the USA, Australia, Auckland, or Christchurch.

Clark & Co focuses on providing personalised and dedicated real estate services tailored to the unique character of the Porirua area. This initiative laid the groundwork for the AndCo Realty group, an innovative concept in the real estate industry designed to empower top-performing salespeople by helping them establish their own companies throughout New Zealand.

Along with the daily operations and the strategic growth of the company, Kelly ensures that AndCo remains at the forefront of the boutique real estate market, these agencies consistently delivering excellence as well as maintaining a strong connection with the local communities .

The AndCo Realty Group now works alongside 21 Agencies as part of the AndCo network, it has been such a ride and super exciting to watch the AndCo Group grow.  With ups and downs along the way and a couple of chardonnays on some very late nights working all hours, Kelly works alongside Cameron & James to ensure the wider AndCo Group is backed up 24 hours of the day, 7 days a week.
